In April, 2008 our popular trainee program started once again, this time with participants from five European countries. During 18 months you will get the opportunity to be acquainted with our global corporation. Our internal education program will be alternated with interesting responsibilities within various fields. Most part of the program you will be placed in Västerås in Sweden, but you will also have the opportunity to work abroad in periods. In the perspective of a few years you are likely to work within a technical area, as a project leader or in a market position, in Sweden or in another country where Westinghouse do business.

To join our trainee program we expect you to have a Master´s degree in Engineering. Perhaps you have already worked one or two years in an international environment? Your English must hold a high level both written and orally. It is of great value for us if you have special knowledge from the nuclear area and/or from methods like Lean Production and Six Sigma. Knowledge in more than one European language will be of importance.

We expect you to be an open minded person with great interest in technological areas and with eagerness to learn, communicate and work in a global corporation.
