As part of this training, all new employees participate in an orientation program to become familiar with the company, other employees, and policies. In addition, we encourage job-related development activities to assist in maintaining and improving working skills and knowledge. Examples of these activities include job enrichment, cross-training, and college courses.
We're proud of our Employee Development through Education Program (EDEP), an investment in individuals who are committed to learning and applying this education in the workplace. EDEP provides tuition reimbursement for all eligible active employees enrolled in the following degree programs: associate, undergraduate, graduate, special graduate, and non-degree (single courses).
