N-Vision…our powerful future: Westinghouse’s Community Outreach Program
Our Mission
Westinghouse Electric Company believes that community outreach is vital in the areas where our employees live and work. Because of this, we have created the Westinghouse N-Vision community outreach program.
Through this program, Westinghouse employees are able to educate and inform students (K-12), teachers and community organizations on the many topics that touch our nuclear energy industry – science, technology, engineering and math (STEM).
All of the services we offer through our N-Vision community initiative are free. Click on the links below for more information on each of our initiatives…

Westinghouse and other Community Outreach Efforts
Westinghouse employees also participate in many other types of outreach activities in the communities where they live and work through United Way Days of Caring and department team building activities. Westinghouse Electric Company also holds an annual United Way Campaign in the fall, raising almost one-million dollars through employee pledges, corporate donations and activities. In addition, many employees find time to mentor, serve on local boards and volunteer after business hours or during the weekends. We are proud to say that our employees are extremely generous with their time and care about the communities where they live and work.
