Chief Financial Officer

Kazumasa Uchida is responsible for Westinghouse Electric Company’s finance operations, treasury, information technology and shared services organizations.

Mr. Uchida is a graduate of Keio University’s Faculty of Economics in Japan. He joined Westinghouse on December 1, 2006 after working for Toshiba Corporation since 1974. Mr. Uchida has assumed roles of increasing responsibility throughout his Toshiba career, mainly in finance for the electronic components business and in corporate business development.

His Toshiba experience includes tenure as Accounting Group manager for the International Electronic Components Division and Personal Information Equipment Division; senior manager of the Accounting Division of the Yanagicho Operations; Accounting Group general manager with Display Devices & Components Company; general manager, Business Development Division; and general manager, Accounting Division, Personal Computer & Network Company. His most recent Toshiba position prior to joining Westinghouse was assistant corporate executive vice president.
