Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) and Westinghouse

The U.S. Nuclear Regulatory Commission (NRC) is the primary federal agency that has oversight for the Columbia Fuel Fabricating Facility. The NRC ensures that users of radioactive materials keep radiation exposures within the agency's specified dose limits and as low as reasonably achievable.

When Westinghouse files documents with the NRC, they are often publicly available via the NRC’s official recordkeeping system – the Agencywide Documents Access and Management System, better known as ADAMS.

You can perform a search on ADAMS here.

If you would like to receive email notifications when Westinghouse makes a filing with the NRC, you can sign up here.
