Redesigned 7300 Printed Circuit Board Assembly
Westinghouse redesigned the 7300 Printed Circuit Board Assembly (PCBA) to resolve challenges with obsolete parts, resulting in upgrades to PCBA across the product line.
A form, fit, and function replacement, the upgraded 7300 Printed Circuit Board Assembly will enable continued operation without interruption, increasing availability and reliability of the system. Upgrades to the PCBA include, but are not limited to:
- improved onboard redundancy,
- group consolidation,
- elimination of Programmable Read Only Memory (PROM) integrated circuit chip,
- reduced power consumption,
- and simplified configuration and calibration.
